RSS Where do i get the 10.0.4 NCA Files?

I'm trying to update my switch as i lost my SYSNAND back up so i need to update manually using ChoidujourNX. But I forgot where i can go to download the NCA files for 10.0.4(latest firmware update). Can someone tell me where I go to download it?
