RSS when in goldleaf menu, controller scrolls randomly? not sure if joycons have an issue - common?

is this a common issue> and is there a fix

when i press up on either the d pad or the main big button
it goes down?

also is it possible to replacement original covers for the big button? as the 3rd party ones have less grip
