I found a cap short near the m92t36. It was the only thing that I could find that might be causing a boot up problem. I removed the m92t36, but the solder was insanely hard to melt, even with help from flux and low temp solder. I had the heat gun up to 840 degrees Fahrenheit. Really hot. I was able to remove the chip but because of the heat it just crumbled under my tweezers and once I was down to the metal, the low temp solder and heat finally got to the oem solder and got melty.
