RSS Upgraded Switch firmware to 9.0.0 and Atmosphere to 0.9.4 and some games crash

Let's Go Eevee and Astral Chain seem to load fine but the rest of my games crash. I enabled exFAT when updating to 9.0.0.

Edit: Reinstalling all the Atmosphere files fixed it
