RSS updated to 9.1.0 and now nothing works.

i was on 8.1.0 with everything working fine for months and decided to update to 9.1.0 this morning. boy was that a mistake.

i downloaded the firmware files and installed them with ChoiDujourNX . i used the NON exfat option because my sd card is Fat32.
i downloaded the newest Atmosphere and fusee-primary from github
i downloaded the sig patches here on gbatemp
i deleted EVERYTHING off of my sd card except for the Nintendo folder and placed all the files from the...
