I have a switch that has both atmosphere (AtlasNX/Kosmos) and SX OS Pro (dongle and jig) on a 400gb ssd card formatted to exfat. I decided to update my FW to 10.0.3 from 10.0.2. I used ChoidujourNX (through sx os) and everything was fine until it got to the part where it said it needed to reboot after the update. It rebooted then showed the Nintendo splash screen and it went black. I waited 10 min and it stayed black. Held the power button for 15 sec then used my SX OS dongle to boot it back...
Updated to 10.0.3 from 10.0.2 (Not sure why) - HELP!!!
