RSS Updated Atmosphere, some games now not loading, at wit's end

I updated Atmosphere/Hekate to the latest version, and suddenly some, but not all, of my games won't load. The games worked fine before updating. I'm using FAT32.

Here's what I've tried to fix it:

1) tried a different source for the game
2) deleted and reinstalled games using both Awoo and Tinfoil
3) deleted the saves and reinstalled the games again
4) redownloaded and reapplied the sig patches

I'm at my wit's end. I have no idea what to do at this point.
