RSS Unknown PKG1 Version, and HOS version not supported or emummc is corrupt found PKG1 but i have latest version of hekate and atmosphere and firmware

it says unknown pkg version hos version is not supported or emummc is corrupt found PKG1 ('Id{.6nYw'). i did actually download the newest atmosphere and hekate. the emu mmc dont work but only system mmc and stock works

The Switch1 Version is 22.1.0
And Atmosphere version is Atmosphère 1.11.1
And hekate Version is hekate v6.5.2 & Nyx v1.9.2
And im using Sandisk 512 GB Micro SD Card

And i already installed latest version but it still doesnt work and it got an error so i need help...
