RSS Transfer ACNH Save Game (aka my ACNH Island) from a banned Switch 1 to a Switch 2

My Switch 1 was banned a while ago, which was not a big deal for me until now. Now the ACNH 3.0 Update and the Switch 2 update came out, I want to play ACNH again on my Switch 2, but unfortunately i have no cloud backup of my ACNH Data on Nintendo server. Is there any way (with local transfer or something like this) to transfer my ACNH island to my Switch 2, without having to start completly from scratch again?
