RSS TIFU: Updated CFW Sysnand On SXOS Patched V1 - touchscreen barely works now

I finally got SXOS working on my Switch (Patched V1). Went into CFW mode (sysnand), didn't activate the license yet either.. I stupidly updated from 10.0.4 to 10.2 and it restarted, thought I bricked and it didnt, but then the touchscreen is barely working in sysnand, only on the sides..... What's my next steps on how to fix this?

Would restoring the nand fix it?
