RSS Switch OLED Instinct-NX V6S blinking green after booting to CFW

Hi there
I recognized, that my Switch OLED with an installed Instinct-NX V6S is sometimes blinking green after glitching sucessfully. It behaves like i would press vol+ during startup to enter instict-toolbox.
Anybody else had this issue?
