I'm trying to send an RCM payload to my Switch but nothing detects it, and when plugged into my PC it shows up in the device manager as "Unknown USB device (device descriptor request failed)".
I've read all the other threads and posts here on reddit and nothing seems to work for me.

- The Cable is fine. I can transfer data between my phone and my PC
- The Drivers I assume are fine. I have a second Switch that shows up correctly as "Nintendo Switch" in Zadig and the Device Manager....
