RSS Switch Lite Error 2162 (Charging IC related)

Hi guys so i bought a dead switch of a guy, checked the following and looking for guide lines to revive this puppy.

Checked with amp meter, draws 0.82-0.84Amp
Left it on the charger no sign of life
Took it apart and put the board in a doner and it boot up but i get error of 2162 and console is in continous boot loop
Original console battery was completly flat, im charging it using a donor board for now so i can continue conducting my repair as i dont have a spare battery...
