RSS Switch lasts about an hour at 1% battery, I heard you can re-calibrate with hekate. How do I do that

So my switch goes to 1% after about an hour of play, then works at 1% for about another hour. I tried letting it drain all the way then charge it all the way up, but it doesnt seem to be helping re-calibrate the battery. I heard I can do this manually with hekate. I use SXOS, how do I get into Hekate from SX OS?
