RSS Switch freezes at Nintendo Switch logo

Hi does anybody know how to fix the Nintendo switch that is stuck on the Nintendo Switch logo?

- It has stock firmware
- It charges fine
- Tried to replace M92T36, BQ24193 and P13USB, the same thing
- USB port is fine too

Any more ideas? @mattytrog
