RSS Some games not working after switching to Atmosphere

Hi!

After switching from SX to Atmosphere some of my games are not working, like Blue Fire, Cross Code and many others.
Im using the latest Sigpatches.
No matter which version or from which source i d/l those games, they dont work (they used to work on SX).
Any suggestions on what to do?
