Hello all thanks for reading first of all. Okay so I recently bought a switch that was already somwhat bricked I believe. The previous owner downgraded the sytem from at 10.0 fw to 9. Something he gave me the recovery files he used as well. So I have scoured the internet for ways to fix it.
