I have an Erista Switch with EmuNAND. I wanted to back up some games I bought recently, had 19.0.1 on SysNAND and 16.0.4 with Atmosphere 1.6.1 on EmuNAND. I though copying the Nintendo folder to the EmuNAND was enough but it complained the SD card was from another system and had to be deleted.
