I let someone attempt to solder my unpatched switch sd card reader as the pins were damaged, he wasn't successful. He said the solder wouldn't take to the via and the via broke.
He seemed to know what he was talking about prior to starting, so I don't know why it wouldn't work.
Do I have any more options?
