RSS RP2040 Switch lite, boots to atmosphere, but will not charge

I have installed a RP2040 into a Switch lite, it boots fine and can access hekake/atmosphere, but will not accept charging, its been slowly draining, atmosphere and hekake shows its not charging.

Is there a common mistake that can be rectified/checked, my other switch lite following same process has worked out fine..
