RSS Replacement for Tinfoil

Hi,
I updated to Atmosphere 1.10.1 Hekate 6.4.2 & Sigpatch FW 21.1.1 & Firmware 21.1.1 and understand that Tinfoil is no longer working.
What replacement app can I use to connect the NSW console to the PC in USB & transfer/install apps & games directly as I was doing with Tinfoil ?
