RSS Pokemon GO & Pokemon Let's GO Link possible if Switch's hacked ?

Hello everyone,

As some of you may know, the latest Pokemon game on Nintendo Switch will enable us to send our Pokemon from Pokemon GO to the switch version.
So, will this action be possible without being ban if our console is hacked ? Or will the hackers find a solution for this ?
