So I started getting a "pkg2 decryption failed, failed to launch hos" error quite randomly (I can't think of anything that may have triggered it). Tried cleaning my SD card and using all the newest Kosmos files. Didn't work, so I cleaned again and used just Atmosphere. I use exFAT, so I thought maybe something got corrupted. I restored my clean NAND backup (including BOOT0 and BOOT1) from before hacking my Switch. Then, since my fuses are burnt, I tried to boot into CFW using Hekate. Same...
