RSS Overcooked 2 60 FPS mod

Simple mod raising FPS Cap to 60 FPS. If it can't achieve 60 FPS, it drops to 30.

Game is not demanding, so maybe it will work in docked mode also stable with little push to GPU or CPU just in case? 😛...
