This is the second switch that seems to have a strange problem. They both had a history of having a trashed USB-C port. This was replaced and all connections are 100% ok. They also had a faulty M92T36 chip, so this was replaced. When placing in original dock they will start the TV but output is black. Dock shows green stable light. Then I change the P13USB, even though it has no apparent faults around the chip, and it still is the same. But when using a 3rd party dock, it will...
