I have a HAC-001 Nintendo Switch here for repairs. The volume is always stuck at max. If you reduce the volume on the switch itself (through software) and then press the DOWN Volume button it goes up to max. Pressing the Volume UP button doesn’t do anything. I have changed the flex cable, the issue still persists. I can’t find a circuit diagram for the switch. I think it might be a short circuit on the board.
