RSS Nintendo Switch V2 stuck on logo on OFW mode but bootable to system on CFW mode.

Hello, I have switch v2 stuck on 2nd switch logo on OFW mode but its bootable to system on CFW (sysmmc & emummc).
Tried to boot with without mod chip also stuck on 2nd logo

Wifi / bluetooth is working fine also.

Please help or advice ... Ty
