RSS Nintendo Switch stuck on second logo, wifi not working on Android

Hi, a friend of mine gave me a broken Switch that I thought would be easy to fix.
The Switch still boots Hekate and charges the battery, the dock light flashes once and then stays off. Unfortunately wifi and bluetooth are not working under Android or Linux so I assume that the BCM4356 is broken.
