Backstory, I busted my nintendo switch using a 3rd party dock while forgetting that I never use usb-PD with it.
I determined that the PI3USB chip was busted (shorted caps around it) and so I removed it. The switch wouldn't turn on before removing even with a full battery but now it turns on with the PI3USB removed. I replaced the PI3USB with a brand new chip and the switch still works in handheld but docking it just turns off the display and no picture on the tv. The usb ports on the dock...
