RSS Nintendo Switch BSOD (Blue Screen Of Death)

Hi, yesterday i was playing the legend of zelda breath of the wild in the dock station and suddenly the game stopped working.
Now the switch it's stuck in a blue screen, i think that's a software problem because i can start hekate with RCM mode and i think that i have a corrupted or damaged nand.
Does anyone know a solution?
