I have this Switch which came in not turning on. Checked the motherboard and found PI3USB's filter cap shorted rail to GND. Removed it and the Switch came back to life.
Replaced PI3USB and Switch did not output HDMI, however USB devices worked fine. After a little while, M92T36 started malfunctioning, and pin 36 VCONN_IN was shorted to GND. When trying to dock, the dock flashed green LED.
Replaced M92T36 and machine started working again partially. Charing fine, USB devices work fine (LAN...
