RSS Need help with setting a keyboard shortcut for toggling game speed in emulators

I am trying to test Bayonetta Cereza and the lost demons game with 60 fps mod by Flash. It makes the game run at 60 fps but the cut scene becomes 2x fast and gets skipped. For now, I have found that toggling game speed to 50% make the cutscene sync properly with 30 fps and they do not skip. But doing that every time from the setting and resetting back to 100% speed is a hectic process.

What I was thinking, like we have CTRL + U or F1 to toggle lock and unlock of game speed, can we do...
