RSS MTP Responder is not working with the latest version of DBI (844)

I used to use an older version of DBI (version 658) solely for its English-language support. But ever since I've updated my Switch's firmware to version 21.0.0, I am now forced to use the latest version of DBI (version 844 as of writing this). The problem, however, is that this new version cannot run the MTP Responder from the app itself. Even installing via DBI Backend had an issue as well, due to a lack of a proper driver installed.
