RSS Mk11 updating game data. Tried it all, never gotten past it.

I have had the "updating game data" issue since the first time I got MK11. Its never run even once for me.
1. On atmos 1.1.1 Horizon 13.0
2. I now have 1.0.26 which is the lastest and last version.
3. No internet, always in airplane and never been online.
- Are you using 90DNS with Internet? NO
- Incognito Activated? NO
4. I have 3x base installs for MK11. 1. XCI early base rip, a newer NSZ and a eshop NSP base. Tried all with different combinations. I also have update [1.0.2][v131072]...
