RSS Missing USB C pads, won't turn on

Hi there, a friend of mine gave me one of his Switches that he "worked on" before.
I cleaned up this mess and found out that there are several pads missing.
Whatever, I tried to turn it on with a charged battery, but the screen won't turn on.
M92T36 is working fine, so I assume that the BQ chip is also fine
