RSS Joycons not charging when connected to the Switch - M92T36 or BQ24193 ?

It's been a while since I repaired a Switch but I decided to turn my attention to one that I've had lying around for a while which won't charge the Joycons once connected (although the Switch itself will charge) - there's no lightning icon on the Joycons when in the Controllers screen.

What's the most likely cause - the M92T36 or the BQ24193 ?
