After performing upgrades to 10.0.4 and 1.4.1, my joy cons are no longer working and I can't sync them at all. They work fine in OFW, but do not sync in CFW at all. I am not sure what has happened here or how to fix it, but it makes it difficult to play on a TV when I have to have the joycons mounted into the switch hardware. I have also disabled all system modules without any good results (thinking it was the flexible controller system module).
Any ideas on how to resolve this?
