RSS Is it possible to update my CFW firmware through an external payload or program?

My atmosphere version is on 1.11.1, my FW is 19.0.1 (I downgraded from 22.0.0), and I can't boot CFW to use Daybreak. Is there maybe some payload that lets me update my (CFW) firmware, or a fork of Daybreak that lets me choose to install my update to either Sysnand or Emunand? (SysMMC CFW fully functions.)
