RSS I accidentally deleted the emuMMC folder in my switch. Did I screw everything up?

'Hey guys,

I was updating the files on my sdcard and accidentally deleted the emmuMMC folder and powered on the switch normally (CFW emummc).

But since the folder was deleted what happened? did the switch use the SYSnand to load the CFW?

What can I do to avoid the ban? I have a backup of my sysnand but it is lower firmware. Can I just restore it?
