RSS How do you raise the CPU clock speed above 1963 MHz?

I'm trying to play Metroid Prime 3 on Dolphin and it's unplayably slow with the CPU set to 1963 MHz. I'm using Horizon OC 2.4.2.

Is it worth trying to get this game to run on the Switch or just emulate it on a PC?
