Quick question, I currently have Nintendo's online subscription going which seems to auto-renew however I would like to cancel this as, with a banned switch, it's pointless. The problem is that, after searching for how to do this, it seems I'm constantly being told to go to the eShop on the switch itself to cancel it. As the switch is banned, I can't do this. Is there any way to do it from Nintendo's site directly that perhaps I'm missing?
