RSS FAT32 SD card corrupted beyond repair - Can I use my emummc backup on another card?

Hi, my 200gb sandisk SD card failed. I can't format the card because it just makes explorer/command prompt hang and then eventually crash.
I have a recent entire back up of the sd card including the emummc. Can I get another SD card and just copy that over?
