RSS eShop game on banned Switch unlinkable to another "clean" account?

Hi everyone,
recently I switched from CFW only to emuNand + OFW, so far so good - since 3 days my Switch was not banned (yet?) and eShop access is working. I would like to buy MM2 in the eShop and play online. In case my console gets banned in the future - would it be possible to use my account on a clean switch?
