RSS DBI 863 ru is not showing Check for title updates

Hello,

I updateted my switch to 21.2.0 (picofly) + latest HATS . DBI is 863 ru.

Now, two options are missing from the Инструменты (Tools) menu: Проверка обновлений игр (Check for title updates) and Обновить titleDB (Update TitleDB).

Is there a way to re-enable these options or are they permanently disabled?
