RSS "Could not start software. Please try again from the HOME Menu" on OFW

Suddenly I get this error message on OFW when trying to launch NES Online and YouTube, other apps downloaded straight from the eShop work just fine. Any ideas? redownloaded both and checked for corruption. Running latest FW 9.1.0 with a FAT32 card. Any ideas?
