I couldn't find a guide/tool for this, so I'm posting one.
The Android version encodes save files in Base64. From what I've seen, the PC version uses the same format, but I don't have that version, so *shrug*. The Switch does not, but the save format and IDs appear to be the same. The instructions are for Android, the Steam version will store its saves in a different folder.
I did this with FF II. I can't guarantee that it'll work for other games in the series. Everything appears...
