RSS Completely removing CFW but keeping latest/hacked game file save

I've decided to restore back to my clean NAND (although I'm still in the process of figuring out how to lol) so I can play online again but am planning to go back to CFW every now and then sometime in the future. I've hacked Pokemon Shield with PKHeX and my question is, if I'm restoring back to my clean NAND, how do I still keep my hacked/latest Pokemon save file without it also being restored too?
