RSS Cannonball-Switch v1.05 enhanced OutRun engine for Switch, based on my Vita port

This is my Switch port of this great enhanced Outrun engine by djyt, based on my Vita port. It has a working options menu and configurations are also saved properly.

It should be treated as an alternative to Lantus' port.
