If I buy a second-hand cartridge on ebay, I cannot rule out that someone made a dump of this cartridge before. Suppose the seller made an xci dump including the certificate and he plays online on cfw with this dump, will I get problems, even if I legally play with that cartridge online on my ofw? We both would play with the same certificate online (maybe at the same time). Can my cartridge and my console be banned for this, even If I just play legit with that used cartridge online?
