RSS Can a non-CFW switch be banned for playing online with a CFW switch? (Animal Crossing)

I encountered an island online that was auto-generating items when doing Discord trades. I don't have CFW, but the other switch probably does. Do you think it's possible for my non-CFW switch to receive consequences or for my save data to be affected?
